Yes, if you select a recurring clean we’ll make sure the same cleaner every time. If they’re ever away you can select a different temporary cleaner while they’re gone.
You can add instructions at any time by entering the details in your online account.
It’s a simple hourly rate of £19.50/hour for any cleaning service. We’ll estimate the number of hours you need based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have, but you can select as many hours as you like. You can also add extra time for things like laundry and ironing.
No, because we’re confident you’ll love the service! If you aren’t happy you can cancel any time until 7pm the day before your clean without incurring any charge.

Once your cleaner picks up your keys we give them a unique code that is attached to your keys, and any identifying information about you or your property is removed. We keep track of this on our system and your keys will never leave your cleaners side unless you change cleaner, and we’ll always notify you. All cleaners are also background checked before joining our team, and they come with years of experience in the role.

It’s completely up to you. You can either be at home to meet them or organise for your cleaner to clean while you’re away. You can give your housekeeper spare keys, direct them to a spot where your keys are hidden, or give them a code to your key safe.
Yes! You can also select to have your cleaner perform housekeeping duties such as:

- Indoor Window Cleaning

- Ironing
You can either have these duties performed each time your cleaner visits or simply add them as one off tasks from your account.
